Jane Wood Allen a teacher's aid in Georgia was fired for her racist and disrespectful comments about First Lady Michelle Obama.

Jane Wood Allen posted these comments on her social media constantly and consistently referring to the First Lady as a Gorilla. Saying quote: "This poor Gorilla. How is she going to function in the real world, by not having all of her luxurious vacation paid for anymore? She needs to focus on getting a total makeover (especially the hair), instead of planning vacations! She is a disgrace to America!"

But Michelle Obama isn't the only suffer this disgusting treatment. An article about Muslims leaving if Donald Trump will the president surfaced on Facebook as many do (side note: I'm leaving too. I can't and won't be a part of this nonsense). Ms. Jane goes in again saying: "BYE! Don't come back! You have no business in the USA anyway!" But does she stop there...Oh no! She continues her bull**** rhetoric.

Jane decided to continue berating the First Lady. Upset that Michelle Obama is one of the most admired women in the world. Jane's argument was she wasn't a "REAL" first lady. She used and abused her title because she went on trips every other day. And wasted tax payers dollars. She also claims she's the worst example of a First Lady ever. And then proceeded to call her a Gorilla again. According to BET.com, her facebook has been removed but she had plenty of other anti-minority posts on her page.

Now when people started sharing this it went viral FAST! Twitter, Facebook people were mad and shared this woman's name and tagged her job in their posts asking for this woman to be removed from teaching because of her racist views. I'm sure there were plenty of reports on this woman's page as well. People also tagged the district she worked in, the school, shared the posts over and over again until someone was contacted.

Once the school district, Forsyth County got wind of her conduct online she was canned! Last Friday, Jennifer Caracciolo a spokeswoman for the school district made this statement: "Our schools are closed for fall break this week. We have and will continue to address this issue with the employee next week. Racism and discrimination are not tolerated in Forsyth County School." By Monday Mrs. Wood Allen was relieved of her duties at Chestatee Elementary. The School District also stated: "They are committed to ongoing staff training on the acceptance of all individuals."

This is not the first person to insult the first lady is such a disrespectful manner and go viral. In July there was a woman who tweeted her disdain for the FLOTUS. Lisa Greenwood, a former loan officer for Home Point Financial in Anne Arbor, Michigan decided tweet and I quote:

"@FLOTUS beautiful??? Seriously she is an ugly black bitch"

Well with this tweet it sparked a fire storm. It was shared millions of times and went viral. Many people contacted her place of employment voicing their concerns and she was eventually let go. Home Point Financial moved quickly to resolve the growing the concerns via twitter, stating:

"The individual who made reprehensible comments regarding last night's speech by the First Lady is no longer employed with Home Point Financial. Home Point Financial does not agree with nor condone such comments, which were made on the individual's Twitter Account. We hold true to our WE Care philosophy - our responsibilities extend beyond the workplace and into our communities."

A lesson in social media conduct and basic human decency: You can not like someone, voice your opinion and stand by it without insulting and disrespecting them. You also need to find another field to work in. Don't be a public servant like a teacher when you know you have a seriously ignorant tolerance to people outside of your race. Times haven't changed much and if you ask me with the invention of social media it has allowed people to get out of the cloak they hide under and let their true feelings come out. But understand when you spew UNFOUNDED hatred you are setting yourself up for the slaughter. I'm sorry that she lost her job. But you have to be tolerant especially when you are going to be teaching some of the very same people you harbor hatred for.

Furthermore the notion that Michelle Obama does nothing but take vacations is just false. She's a harvard lawyer who happens to be the FLOTUS. She works hard to promote health and encouraging children to become healthy individuals. She has countless programs that she has spoken for and continues to rally for to this day.

Look it up:

LET'S MOVE!- A nationwide initiative to promote healthy eating and fitness!
Let Girls Learn - A global wide program focusing on foreign nations and helping to open the doors of education for girls around the world
Joining Forces - A joint iniative including Vice President Joe Biden to help military spouses
Reach Higher - A program to encourage young adults to seek education beyond high school

EDUCATE YOURSELF PEOPLE BEFORE YOU SPEAK THAT WAY YOU DON'T LOOK AND SOUND LIKE A FOOL!

And as for you Mrs. Jane Wood Allen in the words of John Laurinaitis, "Good Luck on Your Future Endeavors!"

If you haven't heard recently there were 2 story's on the huffington post about a young man and young woman being arrested and harassed at Barneys New York after purchasing a $400 belt and a $2500 purse. The kid made the purchase and then allegedly a sales clerk called the police and said they believed the purchase was fraudulent. 2 undercover police officers approached the kid made a statement to the effect of "How does a young black kid like yourself afford to make such an expensive purchase?" Then the kid was then hauled off to the local precinct, even after he showed identification, his debit card, and the receipt. The young woman went into Barneys made her purchase and then was accosted in the stairwell of the subway system several blocks away by 5 undercover police officers. Currently there are 3 lawsuits pending against the New York Police Department and Barney's of New York (the 3rd involves actor Rob Brown and his experience at Macys. Same situation, same response, different store.).

As soon as these stories broke JAY Z became a target for people to attack. Apparently JAY Z has a relationship with Barneys and they plan on launching a collection specifically for their store and more importantly the proceeds go to his scholarship fund for underprivileged kids. Its a great idea for a good cause. None, I REPEAT NONE OF THE MONIES GAINED FROM THE COLLECTION GO TO JAY Z HIMSELF. ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND! But even that wasn't enough to quiet the masses. People were in a uproar and wanted JAY Z to immediately sever his ties with Barneys. It took JAY Z awhile to respond to his critics but he did release a statement saying the following:

This collaboration lives in a place of giving and is about the Foundation. I am not making a dime from this collection; I do not stand to make millions, as falsely reported. I need to make that fact crystal clear. The Shawn Carter Foundation is the beneficiary and the foundation is receiving 25% of all sales from the collaboration, 10% of all sales generated in the store on November 20th and an additional donation from Barneys. This money is going to help individuals facing socio-economic hardships to help further their education at institutions of higher learning. My idea was born out of creativity and charity… not profit.
I move and speak based on facts and not emotion. I haven’t made any comments because I am waiting on facts and the outcome of a meeting between community leaders and Barneys. Why am I being demonized, denounced and thrown on the cover of a newspaper for not speaking immediately? The negligent, erroneous reports and attacks on my character, intentions, and the spirit of this collaboration have forced me into a statement I didn’t want to make without the full facts. Making a decision prematurely to pull out of this project, wouldn’t hurt Barneys or Shawn Carter, but all the people that stand a chance at higher education. I have been working with my team ever since the situation was brought to my attention to get to the bottom of these incidents and at the same time find a solution that doesn’t harm all those that stand to benefit from this collaboration.
I am against discrimination of any kind, but if I make snap judgements, no matter who it’s towards, aren’t I committing the same sin as someone who profiles? I am no stranger to being profiled and I truly empathize with anyone that has been put in that position. Hopefully this brings forth a dialogue to effect real change.

– Shawn “JAY Z” Carter
This statement has fallen on deaf ears and people are not happy with his response. He's set to still release his collection in Barneys. Sales will speak as to how people feel. Personally I would've released a collection in like Kohls or Kmart or TJ Maxx. Somewhere that everybody can access. Most middle class citizens are not shopping at Barneys of New York, #imjussaying.

Looking at the theGrio a couple days ago and I came across this article. Apparently there is a church called Freedom House Church in NC that had one simple request when it came to the greeters at the church front doors...white people only. Let me explain:

Paster Makeda Pennycooke sent out an email to her congregation. The email was simplistic it said that first impressions matter and that the church needed to put the best of the best on the front doors. The best way to do that apparently was to have only Caucasians at the front door greeting the members of the congregation as they come in the church for morning service.

The young woman who spoke out about this controversial email is named Carmen Thomas, she contacted the local TV station WBTV to ensure that a story was done about this Pastor's disrespectful and rude request.

She explains in her interview that she was "floored by the request". She goes on by saying:
“Like it was a jaw dropper. You can put a white face all over the front door. But when you come through those doors, you’re going to see African-Americans, you’re gonna see Asians. You’re going to see people of color.”
Ms. Thomas goes on to say:
“Too black. It wasn’t a conclusion that I drew. It was something I read. Perhaps you believe that with a certain congregation that eventually your finances are going to run out because maybe we aren’t the moneymakers,”
Freedom House Church has since issued an apology and statement to WBTV saying:
”Freedom House believes in a diverse relationship within its membership, reflecting the larger community in which the church resides, doing life together as a church representative of everyone — culturally, ethnically, economically, and generationally.”
By the way the Pastor Makeda Pennycooke is African American and so is Ms. Carmen Thomas.

Well this is disturbing.

(Found This on TheGrio it was from October of 2012. Couldn't Hold My Tongue About It I Had to Voice My Opinion)

At Waverly high school in New York City, 3 students competed in a contest to be "Mr. Waverly". Their entry was to re-enact Chris Brown and Rihanna's 2009 incident. This dispute is the main reason for Chris Brown's infamous status and his troubles with the law. These 3 students chose to re-enact this entire scene in front of students, parents and faculty at a pep rally for the school. The students even went so far as to paint themselves in brown paint to provide a more accurate re-enactment of the dispute.

Former students of the school were outraged. Here's some of their statements via CNN:
Former Waverly High School student Vlad Chituc said,
“I think it’s unconscionable that such blatant racism has been tacitly approved two years in a row.”
Another former student, Hannah Van Wie-Desisti, said,
“I used to be so proud of where I came from. Not so much now due to the recent incident. I found it unfathomable that the faculty would not only approve this idea for the skit in the first place, but allow it to go on during the pep rally. I honestly don't believe that the students meant to offend, but were just ill informed of how offending their skit actually was. The staff should have stopped it before it even started. By acting like the skit was acceptable, they are teaching their students that racism is okay and that abuse is humorous.”
The school district superintendent Joseph Yelich said,
“The Waverly School District is committed to creating a positive atmosphere through our activities,”
“I will be working with our building administrators, our staff and our students to examine our current activities and develop future activities consistent with our commitment.”
A question that has been asked is Where were the faculty? Well they were sitting right there watching and cheering the performance. It was viewed as if nothing was wrong and simply a satirical interpretation of pop culture. Another question that pops into my head is one of the former students Vlad claims this is the second incident of "racist antics" at this school that have been allowed. I'm just shocked that this is even allowed. School is supposed to be and is a sanctuary for some students. They are supposed to feel safe and can escape their home lives especially if they are having a hard time. But I know I would never EVER send my child to this school EVER in life if I moved to NYC. I would go broke paying for a private school before I let that happen.

Paula Deen is being accused of being a racist. She has been dropped from every endorsement deal she has had. Its really sad. This whole situation started because of a lawsuit that began in 2012. A disgruntled employee had filed a complaint against Paula Deen and her brother Bubba. She (meaning the employee) claimed she was sexually harassed and discriminated against.

I've read all the claims that have been said about her through every social media outlet, blogger site, and news. Here's one from HelloBeautiful.com:

This statement is completely false. It was not said like this at all.
“The whole entire waiter staff was middle-aged black men, and they had on beautiful white jackets with a black bow tie. I mean, it was really impressive. That restaurant represented a certain era in America… after the Civil War, during the Civil War, before the Civil War… It was not only black men, it was black women… I would say they were slaves.”
The southern wedding bit also false!

“What I would really like is a bunch of little n******s to wear long-sleeve white shirts, black shorts and black bow ties. You know in the Shirley Temple days, they used to tap dance around. Now, that would be a true Southern wedding wouldn’t it?” “It’s just what they are — they’re jokes…most jokes are about Jewish people, rednecks, black folks…I can’t determine what offends another person.” “I think black people feel the same prejudice that white people do.”
This quote is wrong! This absolutely bogus. Its not what she said. Here is an excerpt from her deposition, what she really said:
The deposition Deen gave on May 17, taken by Atlanta attorney Matthew Billips and filed June 17, was in preparation for trial of the Jackson case before U.S. District Judge William T. Moore Jr.
“Have you ever used the ‘N’ word yourself?” Billips asked.
“Yes, of course,” Deen responded, referring to the fact it happened in reference to a black man who put a gun to her head during a bank robbery where she worked.
“Have you used it since then?”
“I’m sure I have, but it’s been a very long time.”
There is no time frame associated with the response.
“Miss Deen, have you ever told racial jokes?”
“No, not racial.”
Deen went on to say the “N” word is not one she used as time passed.
“Things have changed since the ’60s in the South,” she said. “And my children and my brother object to that word being used in any cruel or mean behavior.”
In another exchange, Deen discussed jokes targeting groups, conceding that “most jokes target. ... They usually target, though, a group. Gays or straights, black, redneck, you know. ... I can’t determine what offends another person.”
“And would you consider telling jokes, racial jokes, to be an example of using the ‘N’ word in a way that’s not mean?
“No I wouldn’t — I wouldn’t tell it. ... I mean, that’s not my style.”
Later in the deposition, Deen was questioned about plans for her brother’s wedding and a restaurant she and her husband visited in “Tennessee or North Carolina or somewhere.”
“The whole entire wait staff was middle-aged black men and they had on beautiful white jackets with a black bow tie. I mean it was really impressive.
“And I remember saying I would love to have servers like that, I said, but I would be afraid that somebody would misinterpret.”
She told Billips she would use the word “black” to describe the race of what she called “professional black men doing a fabulous job,” adding, “I don’t usually use African-Americans.”
She went on to testify she had said, “I would love for Bubba to experience a real Southern-style wedding,” referring to the food. Deen denied using the word “n---” to describe the servers.
“Before the Civil War, those black men and women who were waiting on white people were slaves, right?” Billips asked.
“Yes, I would say that they were slaves,” she responded. “But I did not mean anything derogatory by saying I loved their look and their professionalism.”
“Is there any possibility, in your mind, that you slipped and used the word ‘n-----’?”
“No, because that’s not what these men were. They were professional black men doing a fabulous job,” she responded.
When asked about racial harassment, Deen said she thought she would recognize it and said, “We don’t tolerate that.”

Don't believe me read the deposition your self. You have to research everything now a days. Here's the Paula Deen deposition:

Before you judge please do your research. The media is completely wrong. This quote seen above consistently reprinted by many other blogger sites including the listed HelloBeautiful.com is a compilation of words that were used during the deposition but they are being misinterpreted and pieced together to make Paula Deen appear to be racist. That is not what she said at all. If you don't believe me read the deposition in full you will see that this quote is a compilations of questions and answers by the attorney and Paula Deen. They are not her full statements given during her time on the witness stand or what she has said throughout her time as a public figure. With all the controversy surrounding Paula Deen she was dropped from the Food Network one day after her public apology (which by the way I didn't think she needed to do). She was also dropped by Wal-Mart (they no longer want to carry her products) and her Smithfield Ham endorsement deal has also been killed. All this happened within a week of the rumors surfacing about Paula Deen. Her children have rallied for her and they have also been crucified for defending her. I think they were damned if do and damned if they don't. She defended herself and people are still saying "Oh your apology is baseless and not sincere at all." When her children Jamie and Bobby stepped up to defend her people called it a stunt and chastised the boys, including that gossipy queen Wendy Williams. She said that they did more damage to their mother by speaking out. Not to mention the day before she said that the kids have to step up and be responsible for the parents when things like this happen. So like I said the Deen's would have been damned if they did or damned if they didn't.

I did not watch her interview with Matt Lauer I saw pieces of it from some of the news channels. She was being sincere and I know a lot people are going to be mad at me but I'm going record saying I believe that she is not a racist. I think people have a tendency of judging others and doing anything they can to latch on to anything that turns into a major controversy when in all honesty this is not anything to call the dogs on. Seriously, rappers both white and black, normal people use the n-word daily. I don't see anyone chastising them for their poor choice in words.

Its funny to me with my people. I am an African American and and I wear my skin color proudly. I know that racism exists and I'm fully aware of the world I live in. But you have to also believe that not everyone in the world is that ignorant to people with different views and looks. We as African Americans are ready to crucify this woman for something that I know for sure we just heard our brothers, sisters, cousins, mother and many others say. Some of us have even called each other the n-word. Variation or no variation (ga or ger) on the end it still means the same thing. We repeat it everyday, in our comedy, in our television programs, in our music, or even just in a passing fancy. Not even just African Americans I know for a fact there are Caucasian, Hispanic, Asian, etc people who have used the n-word but haven't admitted to it and probably never will. I've heard people call asian chinks, hong kong phooey, I've heard caucasians being called hill billy's, red necks, white trash, crackers, honkys, and I've heard Hispanics being called wetbacks, beaner, border hopper, burrito, and the list goes on and on. These are not things that are said by just opposite races but they are said to people about their own race. Its just sad all the way around. Stop being judgmental unless your prepared to crack the hammer on yourself.

*And another thing Wendy Williams if your really about giving your opinion and being straight forward telling like it is then do your research first. If your hot topics team is good enough they would have found the same deposition I found and would have seen that these racist statements are untrue and honestly just a bunch of BS! But your not about giving your opinion your about drama and juicy gossip so I'm not even mad at you for that cause you never claim to be a true source of information. You just deliver the gossip and your opinion on it. So, that is all!

Below is Paula Deen's interview with Matt Lauer. She defended herself adamantly.

Visit NBCNews.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

Paula I don't believe your a racist. But one thing I agree with Wendy Williams about on this whole story is to end your publicity coverage for this. There is no need for you to be out and about speaking about this anymore. You've done enough. Everything that has been said or said is done and over with. Wash your hands of this and let it go.

*FYI - Split hairs if you like the n-word is not just used to describe african american people. It can be used to describe anyone. Seriously. Just saying.

Good Luck, Paula don't worry everything will work out in the end.

Recently Cheerios released a new commercial reflecting a interracial family. Apparently the internet erupted by people placing horrid comments on the ad. It was so bad that Cheerios was forced to remove the comments section from the ad.

Personally I loved the commercial the girl was cute and funny. The mom and dad were typical parents. It was the cutest commercial I'd ever since. Nothing about that commercial was wrong. Interracial couples and children are a major part of this country, this world. Interracial marriages and relationships are apart of the norm. I see nothing wrong with it and those bigots that do have a problem with it need to go back in history for awhile.

Matter of factlet's take a trip back. During the time of slavery and segregation. White men had no problem having sex with black women, i.e. Thomas Jefferson, and plenty of other slave owners and oppressors during those times. White women were just as bad. So just because it was on the D.L. for a awhile doesn't mean it didn't happen. Oh and black people y'all not off the hook either. Black people always assume that racism had one sided when it's not. A black woman can't stand to  see a brother with a white woman. And brothers can't stand to see a sister with a white man. This is not a well kept secret. Check YouTube there are plenty of videos of people voicing their opinions about interracial relationships and how they hate it when people "mix", whatever the hell that means.

Real talk it all needs to stop. Attraction does not have a gender or color. Your attracted to who your attracted to. Point, blank, period. There is no go between. Just let people be. Cheerios you represented well in this commercial. You keep on with the great commercials. I support you and I appreciate your brutal honesty.

Sorry I had to rant on this on one. But when I heard about this it pissedme off !
Get it Together, People!
