I heard on Wendy Williams that Chris Brown was released from jail and I was elated! I felt so bad for him and even though it was a bad place, I imagine that time away from his friends, family, money, and social status was a major WAKE UP CALL for him.

When he got out he tweeted one thing: Blessed and Humbled. Isn't that great? I hope from here on out its smooth sailing for him. Cause let me tell ya his music hasn't missed a beat. Loyal dropped before Chris Brown went to jail (or rather leaked) and its been a constant on the charts and radio ever since. All 3 versions of the song Loyal (original, west coast, and east coast versions) topped the Billboard 100 (BTW: That is the seventh single of Chris Brown's to top the overall Billboard Charts. An Amazing FEAT!). There's no doubt the man has talent. I can listen to him sing and definitely watch him dance all day long. I can't wait for his album X.

I hope that he really has changed his ways and stays out of trouble. He has stated that jail has taught him to respect women including his mother and current girlfriend (rumored fiance) Karrueche Tran. To keep himself on the straight and narrow it has been alleged that he has ended friendships with people that were a bad influence. I'm so happy for him. He's been pretty quiet on social media and I'm happy about that as well. It needed to be downgraded. I bet he feels so much better and free.

Chris still has somewhat of a hill to climb. The court date for the assault case is in September. So he still has to wait for the trial and his sentence before he is truly out of the woods.

I know a lot of people still really dislike Chris Brown but I think he deserves a chance to prove people wrong. I don't think he's as bad as people make him out to be. In most cases with a kid who witnesses their parent abused they develop severe psychological problems. I think that is what has happened with Chris Brown. Unfortunately his problems manifested in anger, violence, and sex on a grand scale for the world to see. Its not a good way to work through your problems when there is a microscope on you waiting on you to screw up.

Anyway good luck C. Breezy aka Chris Brown, I'm rooting for you!

Now a while back a photo surfaced of 13 year old Willow Smith lying on a bed with 20 Moses Arias former child star and actor on Hanna Montana. The photo was black and white and it went viral within a matter of minutes after being introduced to social media.

Parents were outraged that 13 year old Willow would be lying on a bed with a 20 year old who has on no shirt. It appears to be sexually suggestive to some and an inappropriate relationship to others. According to the DailyMail, the (LA) Child Services are officially investigating the family and Willow's connection to the 20 year old.

Jada and Will have been cooperating with Child Services and maintain that the picture is purely art nothing more. She was recently stopped by TMZ and questioned about the picture and Jada was visibly upset but managed to give answer to the outrageous questions asked by the popular paps:

"Here's the deal. There was nothing sexual about that picture of that situation. You guys are projecting your trash onto it … and you're acting like covert paedophiles and that's not cool."
The investigation is still going and currently nothing has been reported of any confirmation of inappropriate behavior between Moses and Willow.

Twyla Betha was arrested last month on a DUI charge. She was given a breathalyzer and it was discovered that Twyla had consumed twice the legal limit. She pled guilty to the charge.

But in a strange twist Twyla's church El Elyon International Church has cut its ties with her. The elders, parishioners and even Ma$e himself banned her from the pulpit. Apparently Ma$e believes that drunkenness is blasphemy. And he won't tolerate any insubordination. You see Twyla also preached at the church. The church believes that Twyla is a hypocrite. She preached about the evil of drunkenness and because she committed this sin they are completely on board with this ban.

Ma$e filed for divorce from his wife Twyla in January and now because of this drunk driving charge its being alleged that this is the last straw for him.

"Charity" Anne Johnson, has been arrested for impersonating a student at New Life Christian High School. Charity went by Charity Stevens and had been a student at the high school since 2013. Charity brought someone to the school to enroll her in with fake identification documents: birth certificate, ID, etc. When the school found out it was fake they called the police and had her arrested on the spot. When Charity was arrested the entire school was in shock. Teachers, students, and even Charity's best friend were in tears during her arrest. They just couldn't believe it.

Tamicka Lincoln took Charity in under the guise that she was an abused and battered teen and needed help. Lincoln bought her food, clothing, treated her as if she was her own child. She was deeply hurt and sadden by the news. After everything went down she went on a search to find out who Charity really was. She posted her picture on Facebook to see if anyone knew or recognized her. The response she got was alarming. Charity had reached out to 4 different women on Facebook possibly getting ready to pull the same scam. Luckily they caught her in time.

This is a sad story and hopefully none of the kids were physically hurt. But it begs the question, Why? Why go through all this again? High school was terrible for most people and even those who had a good time wouldn't want to go back for a second time. So what was the purpose? What was your intent?

All the people you used and conned was it really worth it? Was it worth hurting these people who were only trying to help you? I hope this jailtime gives this woman Charity time to reflect and get herself together.

Much love to Chris Brown. You may not like it but I've been a supporter of his from the beginning throughout all the drama and legalities. I had an inkling that he was troubled beyond just what was being seen.

According to many media outlets Chris Brown has been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and PTSD. Which is a very a complex disorder to deal with and add to the fire the fact that he's famous and in the public eye it almost makes it impossible to manage or hide without treatment and extensive counseling.

This diagnosis explains his violent outbursts and strange behavior. It seemed like Chris Brown just changed over night from my perspective. He went from a lovable entertainer to one of the most hated men in Hollywood to date. The mere mention of his name sparks severe controversy.

Chris Brown was self medicating, he had severe sleep deprivation (from an extensive schedule), along with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), coupled along with his bipolar disorder. This dangerous cocktail of mental instability caused him to spin violently out of control.

With the help of a treatment physician and the anger management techniques provided by the rehab facility Chris Brown has learned how to manage his disorders successfully. According to CNN, Chris Brown completed his 3 month stay at the rehab, but recently the judge ordered him to return to the facility for 2 more months. Instead of getting angry Chris appeared to meditate and put himself at ease to accept the ruling of the judge. He seemed calm and exercised restraint in the court which is a great sign that his treatment is working. Hopefully Chris will learn to manage his anger better and make informed, well thought out decisions.

For those of you who are skeptical of his diagnosis let's look at the disorders he's been diagnosed with: PTSD and Bipolar disorder.

PTSD: Its normally mentioned in terms of soldiers who have been in the war and are having a difficult time adjusting to normal civilian life. But in actuality it occurs more often to civilians than you think. PTSD is an anxiety disorder. It occurs when a person is exposed to one or more traumatic events. Chris Brown by his mother and his own admission was exposed to violence as a child. His mother was physically abused and he witnessed it. According to the Journal of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, approximately 25% of children exposed to family violence can experience PTSD in a study of 337 school age children. This could be the reason for his diagnosis of PTSD, coupled with a billion other things that have occurred in his life and career.

Now let's take look at the other disorder he's been diagnosed with: Bipolar Disorder

Bipolar disorder: It is a mental condition in which a person is experiences emotions in the most extreme form. A person can experience depression, rage, sadness, or extreme happiness in waves. Bipolar disorder causes are unknown but it occurs often in relatives who have bipolar disorder (which means it MAY be hereditary). These waves or episodes of mania (the extreme form of emotions that can occur when a person suffers from bipolar disorder) can be triggered by anything, anything like sleep deprivation, medicine, childbirth, and recreational drug use.

With all the things that have contributed to this young mans mental instability its hard not to feel sorry for him. I still say that the guy needs to limit or completely cut off his use of social media. Its too much access to what people think and or say and it can be seriously detrimental to him. I just don't think it will do him any good to hear or read what people have been or will say about him and his diagnosis.

I hope and pray that he continues to get better. Congrats Chris Brown on your new found peace. Much Love!

In Chester, VA Dwayne Parsons is probably breathing a sigh of relief and anger. You see he had a child with his then girlfriend Juanita Saunders, she put him on child support and now he owes the state money for back child support. He was paying $200 a month in child support payments. Then when a DNA test proved that he was not the child's father the rules of the game changed. Because Dwayne put his name on the child's birth certificate it means that legally he is that child's father responsible for the debt accumulated. So he is bound by law to pay for the back child support. The judge himself even said in court that the law is unfair. But to make it easier on Parsons and because he still had to pay restitution, the judge ordered Parsons to pay $1 a month for 1,917 years. Wow! Anyway Parsons seems to be in good spirits. He was glad that in court it was proven he was not the child's father and he was glad that the judge sided with him.

Here's his statement to the media:
"Unfortunately the law is the law, my message to everybody is if you're unsure, about you being the father of the child, do not sign that birth certificate - that's a well lesson learned,"
"It didn't go exactly all the way I wanted to go, but I'm satisfied with the decision,"
Parsons ex-baby mama Juanita Saunders had no statement, except for the same chicken head statement women give when they've been put on blast and caught:
"I'm good, I'm good, I take care of mine, I'm good, I just took care of her for 13 years I don't need anyone to take care of her, I'm good,"
Oh Juanita, SMDH. Anyway Parsons wants the money that he paid in child support back and he plans to sue Juanita to get it.

If you haven't heard recently there were 2 story's on the huffington post about a young man and young woman being arrested and harassed at Barneys New York after purchasing a $400 belt and a $2500 purse. The kid made the purchase and then allegedly a sales clerk called the police and said they believed the purchase was fraudulent. 2 undercover police officers approached the kid made a statement to the effect of "How does a young black kid like yourself afford to make such an expensive purchase?" Then the kid was then hauled off to the local precinct, even after he showed identification, his debit card, and the receipt. The young woman went into Barneys made her purchase and then was accosted in the stairwell of the subway system several blocks away by 5 undercover police officers. Currently there are 3 lawsuits pending against the New York Police Department and Barney's of New York (the 3rd involves actor Rob Brown and his experience at Macys. Same situation, same response, different store.).

As soon as these stories broke JAY Z became a target for people to attack. Apparently JAY Z has a relationship with Barneys and they plan on launching a collection specifically for their store and more importantly the proceeds go to his scholarship fund for underprivileged kids. Its a great idea for a good cause. None, I REPEAT NONE OF THE MONIES GAINED FROM THE COLLECTION GO TO JAY Z HIMSELF. ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND! But even that wasn't enough to quiet the masses. People were in a uproar and wanted JAY Z to immediately sever his ties with Barneys. It took JAY Z awhile to respond to his critics but he did release a statement saying the following:

This collaboration lives in a place of giving and is about the Foundation. I am not making a dime from this collection; I do not stand to make millions, as falsely reported. I need to make that fact crystal clear. The Shawn Carter Foundation is the beneficiary and the foundation is receiving 25% of all sales from the collaboration, 10% of all sales generated in the store on November 20th and an additional donation from Barneys. This money is going to help individuals facing socio-economic hardships to help further their education at institutions of higher learning. My idea was born out of creativity and charity… not profit.
I move and speak based on facts and not emotion. I haven’t made any comments because I am waiting on facts and the outcome of a meeting between community leaders and Barneys. Why am I being demonized, denounced and thrown on the cover of a newspaper for not speaking immediately? The negligent, erroneous reports and attacks on my character, intentions, and the spirit of this collaboration have forced me into a statement I didn’t want to make without the full facts. Making a decision prematurely to pull out of this project, wouldn’t hurt Barneys or Shawn Carter, but all the people that stand a chance at higher education. I have been working with my team ever since the situation was brought to my attention to get to the bottom of these incidents and at the same time find a solution that doesn’t harm all those that stand to benefit from this collaboration.
I am against discrimination of any kind, but if I make snap judgements, no matter who it’s towards, aren’t I committing the same sin as someone who profiles? I am no stranger to being profiled and I truly empathize with anyone that has been put in that position. Hopefully this brings forth a dialogue to effect real change.

– Shawn “JAY Z” Carter
This statement has fallen on deaf ears and people are not happy with his response. He's set to still release his collection in Barneys. Sales will speak as to how people feel. Personally I would've released a collection in like Kohls or Kmart or TJ Maxx. Somewhere that everybody can access. Most middle class citizens are not shopping at Barneys of New York, #imjussaying.

Thursday, October 31, 2013

As previously reported in my last blog. Barneys New York is in some hot water with some of their former customers. Being sued by one and sworn off completely by the other Barneys has serious work to do in the damage control department.

But now this new or rather the info is coming to light about Macy's and their situations of racial profiling with regular consumers and Hollywood stars alike!

In the instance with Rob Brown former model and very talented actor. He was in Coach Carter, Finding Forrester, the HBO television series Treme, The Express: The Ernie Davis Story and his most recent project starring alongside Joseph Gordon Levitt in Don Jon. He was shopping for a graduation gift to give to his mom at Herald Square in Macy's. Picked up the last Movado watch they had in that particular style and since it was a display waited for it to be cleaned and wrapped. He left to go and make a purchase at the Sunglasses Hut next door. While still in the store Brown was approached by two plain clothes officers, accused of making a purchase with a fake card, handcuffed and hauled out of the store to the Macys shoplifters section. They kept insisting that he had a fake card and that he was going to jail despite the fact that he gave all the necessary information they needed to prove his identity, they even checked his bag and found nothing. One explanation from cops was that a suspicious employee called police; then there was the excuse that police were in the store doing a sting operation to find a “crooked clerk.” Nevertheless he was cleared of any wrongdoing and let go. He almost missed moms graduation too which the police gave him an escort to but Rob Brown took to Twitter to voice his frustration with the situation (a common reaction by celebrities and civilians alike):

“Got arrested at Macy’s while buying my ma a watch. Thought my card was fake cuffed me and tossed me in a cell. Then they realized they were d**ks."
"Then the police drove me to my ma’s graduation. Trbl jb #NPYD"
"Careful [black] ppl. If you drop $1000 at @Macys #NYPD might lock you up for grand larceny BEFORE they ask you for ID. #stillappalled #kinda"
"Don’t be black while shopping @Macy’s Police might roll on u"

Either way it was humiliating for Rob Brown and he thought nothing of it until Trayon Christian's situation hit the news. He was inspired by this young mans situation to come forward and speak out about his own run in with the NYPD. He also decided to sue Macys and the New York Police Department.

A spokesperson for Macy’s issued a statement to say, “We are investigating the alleged claims, as we were just made aware of this lawsuit. We do not comment on matters in litigation.” But Sunday night they claimed that their employees had nothing to do with Brown being accused of fraud, but that it was an operation and decision made by the New York Police Department only.

There were 2 separate incidents were 2 african americans are accusing the police department and Barneys New York of racial profiling. Sad that the world is still like this:

Trayon Christian, an african american college student from Queens saved up his money from a part time job to purchase a $350 Salvatore Ferragamo belt. He went to the store made the purchase but as he walked out he was approached by 2 undercover cops. Allegedly these two undercover cops were called on by a store clerk who believed the card used was fraudulent. They asked him “How a young black man such as himself could afford to purchase such an expensive belt?” They also asked for ID and to see his debit card. They handcuff him and took him to the local precinct. Christian answered their questions and showed them his ID and card. But it was not enough. He was told that the ID was fake and the purchase was fraudulent. They also said that there was no way a young man like him can afford to purchase such an expensive belt. Christian who saved up money for the pricey accessory from his part-time job at college, said he returned the belt and never plans to shop at the Madison Avenue store again.

Example of the $350 Salvatore Ferragamo belt

Earlier this year in February, another african american was allegedly racially profiled. Her name is Kayla Phillips, she was stopped in a subway shortly after purchasing a $2500 purse from the store. Kayla went to Barneys to purchase a (If I had the money I would've bought it to) orange suede Celine bag.  Kayla waited until her income tax return came in to purchase the orange suede Celine bag. She says the incident didn't occur in the store it actually happened a couple of blocks away. She was bombarded by 4 police officers, 3 male and 1 female. She claims they were hostile, rude, and very aggressive. They demanded to see her ID and her debit car, while pushing her up against the wall and just jabbing her with questions. She was confused and didn't understand what was going on.
$2,500 Suede Celine Bag
Barneys New York has released a statement about the news and the Trayon Christian situation:

Trayon Christian has a lawyer and is suing Barneys New York and the New York Police Department. Kayla Phillips also obtained a lawyer and planning on suing the New York Department.

Pebbles former manager of the greatest girl group of ALL TIME (Still! And if you say Destiny's Child has surpassed them your smoking CRACK they haven't even come close!) is making headlines all across the web for her anger towards T-Boz and Chilli as well as everyone involved in the making of their biopic: CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story.

The stories that were being told are sad and down right messed up but not unheard of. In the movie the group was robbed of millions of dollars and were taken advantage of by Pebbles. She was depicted as an evil wench who would work those girls dry to the bone to make money. Because of this depiction and TLCs recent interviews she's threatening to sue the group for slander and defamation of the character.

I guess the story will develop later but she did take to twitter to explain her frustrations as every celebrity does. Here's her tweets:
Here's the interview that she was ranting about:

Electronic artist Clive Tanaka is suing the Princess of Rap over her song Starships. Nicki's producers: RedOne, Falk, Hector and Yacoub, are also named in the lawsuit. Being natives to Sweden these producers knew and heard of the song, because it was in syndication throughout the country in various television ads. Clive Tanaka's song called Neu Chicago was widely popular over in Sweden and his lawyer Christopher Niro says the songs are nearly identical. Nicki's camp has yet to respond but I assume this will be dealt with outside of court.

Having listened to the song I have to say it is the same music melody and arrangement except for the breakdowns. Listen below for yourself:

The music industry is no stranger to copyright infringement. This has happened before. The most well known is probably the one-hit-wonder rapper Vanilla Ice. He was sued for his song Ice Ice Baby. The song he ripped off was David Bowies - Under Pressure.  He won his case though because his song had one more hit on the snare drum than the original. An extra hit on the snare drum made the judge rule in Vanilla Ice's favor. Don't know if the scales will tip in Nicki Minaj's favor, the court system is fickle.

Here's My Advice:

Nicki, honey you should settle this out of court and pay this guy the money. Listening to the track it sounds like the producers ripped off his song without his consent. Just settle this quietly and no one will even know. Well no one but me and the few thousand people who read the
Chicago blog I got this from and the few people who read this blog, anyway just pay the man. It'll go away eventually and maybe he can be a producer for you since you like his music. At least it'll be legit, right? #imjussayin

Lupe Fiasco is being caught up in some news that I never would've associated with him. According to TMZ the ex-wife of Chilly is suing Lupe for hiding well over $9 million dollars from her.

If you're a fan of Lupe Fiasco's as I am then you would know about Charles Chilly Patton a former mentor of Lupe's and a convicted drug lord. Chilly was busted in 2003 carrying 6 Kilos of heroin which later lead to the evidence of his heroin empire in Chicago. His ex-wife Inita is claiming that Lupe helped his friend by hiding the money before Chilly went down so that she wouldn't get the money. She claims that Chilly left instructions for Lupe to follow to the letter. Allegedly the instructions were to hide the money in a secret account that only he and Chilly would know about.

Lupe Fiasco and his lawyers have denied these allegations. Lupe's lawyers have stated that despite the ties that Lupe has to Chilly he has not participated in any illegal activity, there are no hidden accounts and no instructions. Chilly Patton is counter suing his ex-wife Inita for squandering funds given to her for real estate ventures that never happened.

Lupe Fiasco has responded via twitter saying:
"Dear God please let this stupid a-- scandal allow me to make more money from album sales so I can buy a Ferrari F40. Amen #100Bricks,"
Well that answers that!

Paula Deen is being accused of being a racist. She has been dropped from every endorsement deal she has had. Its really sad. This whole situation started because of a lawsuit that began in 2012. A disgruntled employee had filed a complaint against Paula Deen and her brother Bubba. She (meaning the employee) claimed she was sexually harassed and discriminated against.

I've read all the claims that have been said about her through every social media outlet, blogger site, and news. Here's one from HelloBeautiful.com:

This statement is completely false. It was not said like this at all.
“The whole entire waiter staff was middle-aged black men, and they had on beautiful white jackets with a black bow tie. I mean, it was really impressive. That restaurant represented a certain era in America… after the Civil War, during the Civil War, before the Civil War… It was not only black men, it was black women… I would say they were slaves.”
The southern wedding bit also false!

“What I would really like is a bunch of little n******s to wear long-sleeve white shirts, black shorts and black bow ties. You know in the Shirley Temple days, they used to tap dance around. Now, that would be a true Southern wedding wouldn’t it?” “It’s just what they are — they’re jokes…most jokes are about Jewish people, rednecks, black folks…I can’t determine what offends another person.” “I think black people feel the same prejudice that white people do.”
This quote is wrong! This absolutely bogus. Its not what she said. Here is an excerpt from her deposition, what she really said:
The deposition Deen gave on May 17, taken by Atlanta attorney Matthew Billips and filed June 17, was in preparation for trial of the Jackson case before U.S. District Judge William T. Moore Jr.
“Have you ever used the ‘N’ word yourself?” Billips asked.
“Yes, of course,” Deen responded, referring to the fact it happened in reference to a black man who put a gun to her head during a bank robbery where she worked.
“Have you used it since then?”
“I’m sure I have, but it’s been a very long time.”
There is no time frame associated with the response.
“Miss Deen, have you ever told racial jokes?”
“No, not racial.”
Deen went on to say the “N” word is not one she used as time passed.
“Things have changed since the ’60s in the South,” she said. “And my children and my brother object to that word being used in any cruel or mean behavior.”
In another exchange, Deen discussed jokes targeting groups, conceding that “most jokes target. ... They usually target, though, a group. Gays or straights, black, redneck, you know. ... I can’t determine what offends another person.”
“And would you consider telling jokes, racial jokes, to be an example of using the ‘N’ word in a way that’s not mean?
“No I wouldn’t — I wouldn’t tell it. ... I mean, that’s not my style.”
Later in the deposition, Deen was questioned about plans for her brother’s wedding and a restaurant she and her husband visited in “Tennessee or North Carolina or somewhere.”
“The whole entire wait staff was middle-aged black men and they had on beautiful white jackets with a black bow tie. I mean it was really impressive.
“And I remember saying I would love to have servers like that, I said, but I would be afraid that somebody would misinterpret.”
She told Billips she would use the word “black” to describe the race of what she called “professional black men doing a fabulous job,” adding, “I don’t usually use African-Americans.”
She went on to testify she had said, “I would love for Bubba to experience a real Southern-style wedding,” referring to the food. Deen denied using the word “n---” to describe the servers.
“Before the Civil War, those black men and women who were waiting on white people were slaves, right?” Billips asked.
“Yes, I would say that they were slaves,” she responded. “But I did not mean anything derogatory by saying I loved their look and their professionalism.”
“Is there any possibility, in your mind, that you slipped and used the word ‘n-----’?”
“No, because that’s not what these men were. They were professional black men doing a fabulous job,” she responded.
When asked about racial harassment, Deen said she thought she would recognize it and said, “We don’t tolerate that.”

Don't believe me read the deposition your self. You have to research everything now a days. Here's the Paula Deen deposition:

Before you judge please do your research. The media is completely wrong. This quote seen above consistently reprinted by many other blogger sites including the listed HelloBeautiful.com is a compilation of words that were used during the deposition but they are being misinterpreted and pieced together to make Paula Deen appear to be racist. That is not what she said at all. If you don't believe me read the deposition in full you will see that this quote is a compilations of questions and answers by the attorney and Paula Deen. They are not her full statements given during her time on the witness stand or what she has said throughout her time as a public figure. With all the controversy surrounding Paula Deen she was dropped from the Food Network one day after her public apology (which by the way I didn't think she needed to do). She was also dropped by Wal-Mart (they no longer want to carry her products) and her Smithfield Ham endorsement deal has also been killed. All this happened within a week of the rumors surfacing about Paula Deen. Her children have rallied for her and they have also been crucified for defending her. I think they were damned if do and damned if they don't. She defended herself and people are still saying "Oh your apology is baseless and not sincere at all." When her children Jamie and Bobby stepped up to defend her people called it a stunt and chastised the boys, including that gossipy queen Wendy Williams. She said that they did more damage to their mother by speaking out. Not to mention the day before she said that the kids have to step up and be responsible for the parents when things like this happen. So like I said the Deen's would have been damned if they did or damned if they didn't.

I did not watch her interview with Matt Lauer I saw pieces of it from some of the news channels. She was being sincere and I know a lot people are going to be mad at me but I'm going record saying I believe that she is not a racist. I think people have a tendency of judging others and doing anything they can to latch on to anything that turns into a major controversy when in all honesty this is not anything to call the dogs on. Seriously, rappers both white and black, normal people use the n-word daily. I don't see anyone chastising them for their poor choice in words.

Its funny to me with my people. I am an African American and and I wear my skin color proudly. I know that racism exists and I'm fully aware of the world I live in. But you have to also believe that not everyone in the world is that ignorant to people with different views and looks. We as African Americans are ready to crucify this woman for something that I know for sure we just heard our brothers, sisters, cousins, mother and many others say. Some of us have even called each other the n-word. Variation or no variation (ga or ger) on the end it still means the same thing. We repeat it everyday, in our comedy, in our television programs, in our music, or even just in a passing fancy. Not even just African Americans I know for a fact there are Caucasian, Hispanic, Asian, etc people who have used the n-word but haven't admitted to it and probably never will. I've heard people call asian chinks, hong kong phooey, I've heard caucasians being called hill billy's, red necks, white trash, crackers, honkys, and I've heard Hispanics being called wetbacks, beaner, border hopper, burrito, and the list goes on and on. These are not things that are said by just opposite races but they are said to people about their own race. Its just sad all the way around. Stop being judgmental unless your prepared to crack the hammer on yourself.

*And another thing Wendy Williams if your really about giving your opinion and being straight forward telling like it is then do your research first. If your hot topics team is good enough they would have found the same deposition I found and would have seen that these racist statements are untrue and honestly just a bunch of BS! But your not about giving your opinion your about drama and juicy gossip so I'm not even mad at you for that cause you never claim to be a true source of information. You just deliver the gossip and your opinion on it. So, that is all!

Below is Paula Deen's interview with Matt Lauer. She defended herself adamantly.

Visit NBCNews.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

Paula I don't believe your a racist. But one thing I agree with Wendy Williams about on this whole story is to end your publicity coverage for this. There is no need for you to be out and about speaking about this anymore. You've done enough. Everything that has been said or said is done and over with. Wash your hands of this and let it go.

*FYI - Split hairs if you like the n-word is not just used to describe african american people. It can be used to describe anyone. Seriously. Just saying.

Good Luck, Paula don't worry everything will work out in the end.

Miguel's infamous performance from the billboard music awards are haunting him.

The young lady Khyati Shah obtained a layer several weeks after Miguel's his performance leading over the mosh pit off fans and landing her head and neck. Initially it was being reported that Miguel was concerned about the young lady's well being. His team did reach out but not in the way Shah's lawyer expected. There has been no compensation, or even an offer of help from Miguel's camp.

Khyati Shah is an exchange student from New Zealand and was excited about going to Las Vegas and seeing her favorite singer. When the incident occurred the Shah was in shock, she was rushed backstage given an ice pack and snapped in a photo with Miguel, explained Bhola (Shah's lawyer). Bhola felt the that Ms. Shah was taken advantage of in her vulnerable state.

Khyati Shah has had tests done and the results are not good. She has had trouble remembering and has not been able to site and focus on her final exams. She can't clearly speak without hesitation and even mobility skills are affected by this.

Bhola says the lawsuit is being driven by the doctors. Once Khyati goes through all the required tests and everything is reviewed that will tell if a lawsuit will actually happen.

Billboard Music Producers had no comment on the matter!

The funny and all be it misguided Kenya Moore is ALLEGEDLY having financial woes. According to WetPaint.com Kenya Moore's house has been served with an EVICTION NOTICE!
The sheriff's office served her with her eviction notice because she failed to pay the full May rent and she was being unruly, rude neighbor. Kenya Moore is also going to be served with a lawsuit from her landlord. He demands that the nearly $4,000 rent for June and more than $2,500 in eviction fees and damages be paid. According to PerezHilton.com Kenya only has until June 7th to respond.

And all of this is going to be news to Kenya seeing as how she hasn't been home in quite some time. Poor Kenya, your neighbors don't like you, you've alienated most of your cast, created a fake relationship, girl you going through it! Is this why you were asking for more money from Bravo? Hmm sounds suspicious to me. Anyway I hope you pull it together Kenya. See on Real House of Atlanta next season!
On WetPaint, they've found a tweet on twitter from Ms. Kenya responding to the recent alleged news of her impending eviction! Here's what she said:

“Good morning #teamtwirl! Believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see. #twirlonthat.”
Well some of these bloggers have pictures of the eviction notice tacked to the door so I think that she should've led with seeing is believing. Get it together Kenya! Like I said See on the next season of Real Housewives of Atlanta
