Jane Wood Allen a teacher's aid in Georgia was fired for her racist and disrespectful comments about First Lady Michelle Obama.

Jane Wood Allen posted these comments on her social media constantly and consistently referring to the First Lady as a Gorilla. Saying quote: "This poor Gorilla. How is she going to function in the real world, by not having all of her luxurious vacation paid for anymore? She needs to focus on getting a total makeover (especially the hair), instead of planning vacations! She is a disgrace to America!"

But Michelle Obama isn't the only suffer this disgusting treatment. An article about Muslims leaving if Donald Trump will the president surfaced on Facebook as many do (side note: I'm leaving too. I can't and won't be a part of this nonsense). Ms. Jane goes in again saying: "BYE! Don't come back! You have no business in the USA anyway!" But does she stop there...Oh no! She continues her bull**** rhetoric.


Jane decided to continue berating the First Lady. Upset that Michelle Obama is one of the most admired women in the world. Jane's argument was she wasn't a "REAL" first lady. She used and abused her title because she went on trips every other day. And wasted tax payers dollars. She also claims she's the worst example of a First Lady ever. And then proceeded to call her a Gorilla again. According to BET.com, her facebook has been removed but she had plenty of other anti-minority posts on her page.


Now when people started sharing this it went viral FAST! Twitter, Facebook people were mad and shared this woman's name and tagged her job in their posts asking for this woman to be removed from teaching because of her racist views. I'm sure there were plenty of reports on this woman's page as well. People also tagged the district she worked in, the school, shared the posts over and over again until someone was contacted.

Once the school district, Forsyth County got wind of her conduct online she was canned! Last Friday, Jennifer Caracciolo a spokeswoman for the school district made this statement: "Our schools are closed for fall break this week. We have and will continue to address this issue with the employee next week. Racism and discrimination are not tolerated in Forsyth County School." By Monday Mrs. Wood Allen was relieved of her duties at Chestatee Elementary. The School District also stated: "They are committed to ongoing staff training on the acceptance of all individuals."

This is not the first person to insult the first lady is such a disrespectful manner and go viral. In July there was a woman who tweeted her disdain for the FLOTUS. Lisa Greenwood, a former loan officer for Home Point Financial in Anne Arbor, Michigan decided tweet and I quote:

"@FLOTUS beautiful??? Seriously she is an ugly black bitch"

Well with this tweet it sparked a fire storm. It was shared millions of times and went viral. Many people contacted her place of employment voicing their concerns and she was eventually let go. Home Point Financial moved quickly to resolve the growing the concerns via twitter, stating:

"The individual who made reprehensible comments regarding last night's speech by the First Lady is no longer employed with Home Point Financial. Home Point Financial does not agree with nor condone such comments, which were made on the individual's Twitter Account. We hold true to our WE Care philosophy - our responsibilities extend beyond the workplace and into our communities."

A lesson in social media conduct and basic human decency: You can not like someone, voice your opinion and stand by it without insulting and disrespecting them. You also need to find another field to work in. Don't be a public servant like a teacher when you know you have a seriously ignorant tolerance to people outside of your race. Times haven't changed much and if you ask me with the invention of social media it has allowed people to get out of the cloak they hide under and let their true feelings come out. But understand when you spew UNFOUNDED hatred you are setting yourself up for the slaughter. I'm sorry that she lost her job. But you have to be tolerant especially when you are going to be teaching some of the very same people you harbor hatred for.

Furthermore the notion that Michelle Obama does nothing but take vacations is just false. She's a harvard lawyer who happens to be the FLOTUS. She works hard to promote health and encouraging children to become healthy individuals. She has countless programs that she has spoken for and continues to rally for to this day.

According to the satirical blog Cream BMP Daily, Rapper/106&Park Host Shad "Bow Wow" Moss was fired from his hosting duties for misappropriation of company funds. They claimed that Bow Wow had used the company credit card that was issued to him for wardrobe and traveling expenses to pay for his back child support. Allegedly he owed $30,000 in back child support.

When I first read the article I knew it was fake. There would be no reason for him to use the company card to pay his child support. Bow Wow's salary at BET is more than enough to be able to take care of his 2 year old daughter Shai Moss (she'll be 3 in March). Reportedly Bow Wow makes more than $1,000,000 from his cushy hosting gig from BET. HipHopture.com decided to ask Bow Wow about the rumors via twitter. Here's his response:

"@HipHopture: @YMCMB_BW clear it for fans bro !! Clear what? That ill see yall at 6pm tomorrow live on TV like i do err day whats changed?" he tweeted on Wednesday, Jan. 22.

In typical arrogant fashion Bow Wow answers the question of his "firing" and adds more about his Ebony Magazine photoshoot.

"At @106andpark early doing my @EBONYMag photo shoot."

Bow has been in the news for a while. In regards to his child support that he owed almost 2 years ago, he claimed he only made $4,000 a month from YMCMB at the time and was unable to pay the money he owed. Then he got the call to host 106&Park. Bow Wow was rumored to receive only $200,000 in his contract with BET during the 4-Host concept. It was rumored he was hard to work with and therefore received the small payout to save face for BET in case they had to let him go. But eventually Mr. Moss' luck began to pick up and he was the standout host on the show being that he is "Mr. 106&Park". Even after the 4-Host concept was scrapped mid-season he stayed to host with many guest spots until a new permanent female co-host was found.

Then Bow Wow was used to catfish a young lady who had been one of his biggest fans since his career began. In the episode of Catfish the TV Show in 2013 his name and pictures were used to lure a young girl into a relationship with a gay female. The story made national news and dominated social media for weeks. Bow Wow even went to BET.com to respond how felt about someone using his name and pictures to online date. At first he was flattered but then it went into a tired rant about his eyes, tatts, and other crap that no one cared about. He then invited the gay female and the young lady who was catfished to BET's 106&Park to discuss the show and to give the young lady (who was heartbroken to find out it wasn't really him) a chance to meet her favorite rapper in person. For real this time LOL.

These satirical articles pop up all the time and they are usually put up for laughs to poke fun at the celebrities real lives. However he cleared it up and thats that. Bow Wow stayed at 106&Park even after the 4 host concept had ended. So I knew he was a commodity to BET and he's paid well for it. He couldn't have been having issues with child support now that his income has increased. And I was right cause he's worth an estimated $15 Million dollars, according to therichest.

Okay so usually I wouldn't blog about twitter beefs because I think its stupid and childish but this one caught my eye because of how far its gone. For the last week or so Twitter has been going insane because Rihanna and Teyana Taylor have been going at it! It all started when Teyana posted a video of her singing Anita Baker's hit song Caught In The Rapture.



Shortly after that video Rihanna's friend and hairstylist Yusef posted a video of himself singing the same song in a wig, a snapback and sneaks. Coincidence? Not likely! Rihanna captioned the video: "B!t$#es be like…yasssss".




Girl if that ain't SHADE. I DON'T WHAT IS.

So naturally when Teyana Taylor saw it she was not happy. Here's her tweets toward the SHADE:

Williams also defended Rihanna and said she’s no “cyber bully.”

In an earlier statement, Williams said that Taylor took the video and “ran like the wind.”
“It turned into this big drama, but I guess it was all good at the end of the day to help with her new album. A little publicity doesn’t hurt good or bad these days,” he wrote.

Miss Taylor first (before the image above) started sending abusive and offensive tweets/retweets to Rihanna for over a period of 8 hours. This is not about RIHANNA, this is about all the ABUSED WOMEN of the world being MOCKED! IT IS A SHAME that ADIDAS seems to be endorsing @TEYANATAYLOR!

Well, well how the mighty have fallen. I find it funny that some of the people on this list were true ass holes on the last season of Love and Hip Hop New York and now they are no longer on reality TV, so sad. Karma's a BITCH!


Anyway got an email from z107.9 (cause I'm subscribed to their site) in the title of the email it says Love and Hip Hop fires Staff! I'm thinking okay which of the producers got fired. But when I looked at the article it was actual cast members who got the boot! These select cast members were: Consequence and Jen the Pen, Loreal, Raqi Thunda, Winter Ramos, and Kailyn. I say good riddance to Raqi Thunda and Consequence. Something about those two that just rubbed me the wrong way. Consequence is a arrogant, chauvinistic asshole. And Raqi Thunda is an opportunist. I don't like the way she operates. She's very shady. Anyway Jen the Pen I'm not sad that she's gone but you couldn't have her without Consequence. With the way he operates there's no way he would let her do anything without his say so. Loreal she was alright, not trying to be rude but her music was wack and there was no reason for her to be on the show at all (can say the same thing for Erica Mena and Karlie Redd but that's a topic for another day. oh and by the way I know that Karlie Redd is on LHHATL but her music is of equal quality to Loreal and Erica Mena #horrible #imjussayin). Kailyn, I'm actually sad to see her go. She seemed like a very young easily persuaded girl. She seemed inexperienced in the world as an adult. She carried herself like a child for the most part (blindly loyal and unconditionally in love with Joe) and I really felt bad for her. I wish she would've been able to stay. So maybe she could find her way, flourish, and make her mark on the world without Joe. Not to say that Joe is a bad guy, I really like Joe Budden but he isn't the one for her. And Winter Ramos not even familiar with her one bit so I don't care whether she stays or goes.

However fellow cast mates: Joe Budden, Olivia, Erica Mena, Yandy, Rich Dollaz, and Tahiry have all be asked back to the show along with new cast member K. Michelle. Rashidah Ali has yet to be confirmed as a guarantee for Love and Hip Hop New York.

The reason why this alleged is because this story originates from Mediatakeout and they are known for reporting lies and rumors as fact. So until I see reputable sources reporting this I will treat this as nothing more than a RUMOR!

"Michael Baisden"

Major drama in the radio world today as it was reported that Michael Baisden and his staff could not get into their studios they were LOCKED OUT! It was a shock. Michael Baisden has been in the business for well over 10 years and has been apart of countless rallies and important issues: the Jena 6, the Trayvon Martin, the election/re-election of President Obama etc. His shows were full controversial topics that people wanted and needed to discuss. It is unfair that they were not able to at least have a final show. To show up to work one day and not be able to get in to your office is just wrong on so many levels. Many fans have started petitions and plan to boycott the media company syndicating Michael Baisden's show Cumulus Media. But Michael Baisden has urged against it saying: 

"We were unable to reach an agreement with our syndication partner Cumulus Media. This was not a hostile situation, sometimes parties have different ideas and visions about how to move forward. So, there is no need for petitions and boycotts."

 Michael Baisden also stated:

"My only issue was that after 10 years of discussing important issues like domestic violence, missing children, leading civil rights marches like The Jena 6, campaigning for mentoring programs on a 70 city bus tour and donating 350,000 of my own money, helping to re-elect our President, and standing up to lead the rally for justice for Trayvon Martin, that I would at least be allowed to finish the show through next Friday. Now that is some Fragernackle bull!"

Michael Baisden & George Willborn

I can admit sometimes Michael Baisden's show got on my nerves. He always came off like he was trying too hard to get people interested. Thats just my opinion of it I could be wrong. Here in Cleveland the Michael Baisden show came on everyday at 3 in the afternoon and ended at 7 pm. I don't really listen to the show enough to be terribly upset at the dismal of the show but its the way Cumulus Media went about firing them that has me upset. Locking them out of the office with no warning, no nothing? Thats just cold. This man is a prominent fixture in the community and he has a huge following across the nation, so just locking him out the studio and not giving him a farewell show is rude and a blatant slap in the face. Seriously, Cumulus Media owes Michael Baisden and his staff a huge apology. Respect him and his craft enough to give him a proper send off.

Well Mr. Michael Baisden you had a great run. I appreciate the work you've done in film, tv, and radio.  Much Love to You and Good Luck! I know nothing of the radio or if iHeart Radio is represented by the same company but maybe Satellite Radio or Internet Radio should be your niche now. iHeart Radio, Sirius Radio, etc. Big radio show greats have shows that do extremely well in the format of radio (i.e. Jamie Foxx - The Foxxhole Radio Show, Steve Harvey - The Steve Harvey Show, etc). Maybe you should give it a shot Michael Baisden. You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain!
