Back in October Ciara got engaged and she was elated. The ring was 15 Carats, beautiful, and she looked overwhelmed with joy. Shortly after the engagement pictures began to surface throughout the media speculating Ciara was either gaining weight or she was pregnant. Ciara never confirmed or denied the rumors but they began to swell and get nasty. She did take to her blog and respond to the nastiness that the media dogs were spewing. Here's what she said via Only Ciara:
“My questions to people creating slander about people are: What stops you from thinking twice about trying to defame someone? What are you trying to gain?” CiCi asks on her blog.
“The stories are going from cool and creative to pure drama”
“people are using the platforms to exercise a false sense of power.”
What really got bloggers going was her appearance at her fiance Future's charity function on December 23rd. She was very much pregnant but seemed to be hiding the bump under baggy clothes and sweat pants. Take a look at the photos below:
It seems Ciara has been keeping the pregnancy under wraps for some time now. She formally announced her pregnancy on the view and on twitter. Here she is in all her glory. She's beautiful and gorgeous being pregnant. I'm glad she came out about her pregnancy when she wanted to. Congratulations Ciara and Future on your engagement and soon the birth of your little bundle of joy! Much love to you and your growing family.
